Responsible for installing managing and upgrading Windows based systems and servers

Monitor all server related threshold s and take immediate action to resolve issues

Perform system maintenance activities and performance health check for Infra Servers

Responsible for managing data security configuring user access and maintaining the stability of the system

Responsible for technical support and escalated issues from Internal L1 L2 and Service desk team

Install and configure various commercial products on window with coordinating vendor support

Knowledge about managing AD DHCP DNS and FSMO is required

Managing the users related Tickets and Service Request in ITSM Ex Mwatch ServiceNow

Create and manage Windows Active Directory and all Roles Managing users and computers AD Replication Trust Sites and Services

Create and manage Active Directory groups and organizational units OUs

Create Manage Group Policy objects GPOs Configure security policies

Monitor system performance using Resource monitor performance monitor utility

Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software support

Configure and troubleshooting MS365 Related issues Windows 10 MS Teams administration and SharePoint online some basic SharePoint knowledge required

Performs regular system maintenance hardware and software upgrades

Strong knowledge of installing configuring tuning maintaining and monitoring Windows Servers





Strong Knowledge in handling Office 365 infrastructure configuration creating policies and managing the requirement as per customers request

Manage new hire account creation user terminations privileges and all other user account modifications

Troubleshoot server hardware issues such as boot problems blue screens raid controller issues

source application performance problems and determine root cause of hardware resource

Experience and positive understanding of Microsoft Azure is considered an asset

Work across IT functions and collaborate effectively across multiple teams to deliver complete technical solution

VMware JD

Install configure and Manage VMware Infrastructure ESXi host Installation configuration and managing

Proactive and high response for all VMWare related Critical and high vulnerability

Defining multiple virtual servers on a single host machine creating configuring clusters

Check the health of all Hosts and VM objects in vCenter

Responsibilities primarily revolve around monitoring the performance of all software and hardware installing servers configuring systems

Planning and Process for ESXi host Patches Vcenter Patching ESXi host and Vcenter upgrade

Responsible for monitoring active alarms from VMWare and respond to it to get the issues fixed

Responsible for designing building testing implementing maintaining and optimizing the virtual infrastructure

Responsible to support Snapshots related Backup Related requests Veeam

Performing disk increase new VM creation requests migration Vmotion of VM to solve host utilization

Monitoring and managing the SSO certificates and renewal
