We are seeking a Process Improvement Manager to design, implement, and optimise end to end processes for ValetEZ s gig and deployed workforce across locations. This role will focus on building processes from scratch, standardising existing workflows, and driving operational efficiency and control. It is critical to ensure scalable, compliant, and high quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Process Design Standardisation

- Map current ( as is ) processes across onboarding, deployment, attendance, payouts, and issue resolution.
- Design to be processes with clear responsibilities, SLAs, and controls.
- Create detailed SOPs, checklists, and templates for field and central teams.

Automation Tools

- Translate manual workflows into easy digital tools (Google Sheets, HRMS, ticketing systems, dashboards).
- Partner with Tech/Product to implement process changes in systems.

Continuous Improvement Governance

- Define and monitor key process metrics (TAT, error rate, revenue leakage, absenteeism, cost/shift).




- Run root cause analyses and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure processes are audit ready and aligned with client contracts and compliance requirements.

Training Change Management

- Conduct training for operations, deployment, and HR teams on new processes and SOPs.
- Drive adoption and adherence through regular reviews and feedback loops.

Required Skills Qualifications

- Bachelor s degree; specialization in Operations/Industrial Engineering/Management preferred.
- 3 6 years of experience in operations/process roles, preferably handling gig/blue collar or multi site workforce.
- Proven experience in setting up processes from scratch and improving existing SOPs.
- Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills; familiarity with basic automation/HRMS/ops tools.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
