- We are looking for a skilled Director - Data Engineering with 12-16 years of experience to lead our data engineering team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, leadership, and stakeholder management.

Roles and Responsibility

- Lead the development and implementation of data engineering strategies and solutions.
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines using Snowflakes, Databricks, and AWS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical roadmaps and architectures for data engineering projects.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for data engineering.

Job Requirements

- Strong experience in data engineering, including Snowflakes, Databricks, and AWS.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to design and implement scalable data pipelines.
- Solid understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience with Pyspark and Unity Catalogue is desirable.
