Job Summary

We are looking for a Site Engineer with experience in the PEB industry to manage on-site execution, erection activities, and coordination for Pre-Engineered Building projects. The candidate will ensure timely project completion while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise PEB erection and structural steel installation activities at project sites.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Clients, Consultants, and Contractors for smooth project execution.
- Monitor daily site progress and ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and project schedules.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company SOPs.
- Verify material receipt, storage, and utilization at site.
- Prepare and maintain daily progress reports (DPR), work schedules, and site documentation.




- Conduct site measurements and coordinate for billing quantities.
- Resolve technical and execution-related issues at site.
- Manage subcontractors, labour, and site resources efficiently.
- Attend client meetings and provide regular project status updates.

Qualification

- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.

Experience

- 2–8 years of experience in the PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) industry.
- Hands-on experience in PEB erection, structural steel execution, and project coordination.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of PEB structures and erection methodology.
- Ability to read structural and fabrication drawings.
- Knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Problem-solving and team management abilities.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites across India.

Preferred Industry

- PEB / Structural Steel / Industrial Buildings / EPC / Infrastructure.
