Job Description: Sales Officer

Location: Ghaziabad

Compensation:

- Salary: 15,000 per month (Fixed)
- Performance-Based Incentive: Up to 15,000 per month (Bonus)

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Sales Officer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound customer enquiries as well as making outbound sales calls to potential customers to generate business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Connect with customers who have shown interest through enquiries and provide the required information.
- Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.
- Generate and qualify leads through regular follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding and support.
- Maintain records of calls, follow-ups,



and sales activities in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals.

Requirements:

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle both inbound and outbound sales calls.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel/CRM tools.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven approach.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and regional languages is preferred.

Experience:

- 2+ years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer handling preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
