Job Summary:

The Training and Development Specialist will create, develop, implement, and conduct training and development intervention for contact centres.

Duties/Responsibilities:

- Deliver recent hire and refresher training on systems, scripts, competition benchmarking.
- Coach agents on customer handling, retention strategies, and objection handling.
- Identify floor-level skill gaps using QA audits, drive “Good Calls” through call calibrations and coaching.
- Track and report training impact through dashboards and KPI metrics like conversion ratios, objection handling.
- Collaborate with Ops, Quality, team to align training with business goals and performance needs.
- Use role plays, mock calls,



and real-time feedback to enhance agent confidence and communication skills.

Required Skills/Abilities:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
- Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
- Ability to design and implement effective training and development.
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office, power point and related program software.
- Domain knowledge NBFC,BFSI etc

Education and Experience:

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any field
- At least 3 to 5 years of training experience required.
- Dale Carnegie certified or any equivalent certification if possible.
