Application Support: Provide completeend user support with HIMS, LIS, RIS and any other software application(including 3rd party) within defined SLA. Support includes anytechnical error and incident, or issue raised due to data or training. SLA mustbe complied by its priority. It also involves monitoring of the all theapplications and make sure to avoid any technical error before even it arise.
User Administration: Configuring endusers which include employees, consultants retainers in our HIMS system.Map all users to appropriate work locations and to provide privileges for theirrespective job functions. Maintain the complete database of user administration.
Master Data Administration: To maintainall the master data in the HIMS system which includes, creation, deletion orupdate of data records for Material, Services,
Packages or any other whichinvolves application transactions.
Equipment Interface: Performand support interfacing activities for Lab equipment, radiology equipment andany other medical equipment which need HIMS/PACS interface. Also to make sureall the interface are up and running to ensure smooth functioning of respectivedepartments.
