*Key Responsibilities*
* Manage relationships with Government Departments, PSUs, Municipal Corporations, Autonomous Bodies, and Institutional Clients.
* Drive Current Account acquisition and Government Banking business.
* Cross-sell Retail Assets, Treasury, and Government Banking products.
* Ensure smooth customer onboarding, KYC compliance, and portfolio management.
* Conduct financial and credit analysis as per RBI guidelines.
* Monitor client portfolios and identify early warning signals.
* Collaborate with Treasury, Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
* Acquire and deepen high-value Government Banking relationships.
**Ideal Candidate**
* Minimum **12+ years** of relevant Government Banking experience.
* Robust network with Government and Institutional clients.
* Excellent relationship management, business development, and credit assessment skills.
* Sound knowledge of RBI regulations, compliance, and Government Banking products.
