Job Summary

Vinsan Polymers is seeking a proactive and responsible Factory Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility. The candidate will be responsible for supervising production activities, managing orders and dispatches, maintaining inventory, coordinating staff and labour, monitoring attendance, and ensuring accurate production and dispatch reporting. The ideal candidate should be capable of maintaining smooth factory operations while ensuring productivity, quality, and timely customer deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

Production Supervision

- Supervise daily production activities for PET Jars, PP Caps, and PET Preforms.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per daily planning.
- Monitor machine utilization and coordinate with operators to minimize downtime.
- Maintain production efficiency and reduce material wastage.

Order & Dispatch Management

- Coordinate production according to customer orders and dispatch schedules.
- Plan and supervise daily dispatch activities.
- Verify dispatch challans, invoices, and dispatch quantities before shipment.
- Coordinate with transporters and customers to ensure timely deliveries.

Stock & Inventory Management

- Maintain accurate records of Raw Materials, Finished Goods, Regrind, and Packing Materials.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to management.
- Ensure proper storage and identification of materials.





Staff & Labour Management

- Supervise machine operators, helpers, warehouse staff, and packing teams.
- Allocate daily work responsibilities and monitor productivity.
- Maintain discipline and ensure smooth coordination among departments.
- Train and guide workers on operational procedures and safety practices.

Attendance & Workforce Coordination

- Maintain daily attendance records of staff and labour.
- Monitor shift schedules, overtime, and manpower availability.
- Report absenteeism and coordinate replacement manpower when required.

Reporting & Documentation

- Prepare Daily Production Reports.
- Prepare Dispatch Reports.
- Maintain Inventory & Stock Reports.
- Monitor Labour Productivity Reports.
- Record Machine Breakdown and Maintenance Reports.
- Submit Daily MIS and operational reports to management.

Quality & Process Control

- Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
- Monitor rejection, defects, and production losses.
- Coordinate with quality personnel to resolve production issues.
- Promote continuous process improvement and waste reduction.

Safety & Housekeeping

- Ensure compliance with factory safety procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organized work areas.




- Promote secure working practices across all departments.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in any field.
- 0-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Experience in plastic manufacturing, injection moulding, blow moulding, or packaging industries will be preferred.
