Job Description

- Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute digital marketing strategies for residential and real estate projects.
- Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Manage Google Ads, Search, Display, and remarketing campaigns.
- Generate high-quality leads and continuously improve lead quality.
- Monitor CPL, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and overall campaign ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance and identify gaps to improve results.
- Resolve technical and campaign-related issues on Meta and Google advertising platforms.
- Plan project launch campaigns, offer campaigns, and lead generation campaigns.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Inquiry Team to analyze lead quality and conversion.
- Track lead sources and campaign performance through CRM.
- Manage SEO, website traffic, landing pages, and Google Business Profile.
- Develop social media content and monthly digital content calendars.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, agencies, and other vendors.




- Monitor competitor digital marketing strategies and real estate market trends.
- Manage the digital marketing budget and ensure optimum utilization.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly digital marketing MIS and performance reports.
- Improve online brand visibility and engagement across digital platforms.
