- Provide nursing care to patients at home as per the care plan.
- Monitor vital signs and assess patient health status.
- Administer medications, injections, and prescribed treatments.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) when required.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Educate patients and family members on health management and care procedures.
- Coordinate with doctors and healthcare teams regarding patient progress.
- Ensure infection control and patient safety at all times.
