Customer Support Executive(Blended)

Location: Kolkata, Saltlake sector v

Job Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executive.

Responsibilities:

- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues via calls.

- Providing product/service information to customers.

- Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets.

- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

- Collaborating with team members to achieve team goals.

Requirements:

- HS mandatory

- Minimum 6 months of documented experience in BPO.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skill in English.

- Comfortable in hardcore night shift

Shifts:

24x7 rotational shift

5 working days with 2 rotational week off

Salary :

CTC 26500 - 29500

In hand 22K - 25K
