Position : Marketplace Reconciliation.

Overview
A marketplace reconciliation involves reviewing and matching financial transactions across multiple online marketplaces platforms, identifying discrepancies between sales data from different platforms and internal systems, investigating the root causes of these differences and ensuring accurate financial reporting by resolving any issues promptly, collaborating with other departments, and providing documentation for auditors.
Job Description:
- Handled Marketplace (B2C) reconciliation for Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, and Meesho.
- Managing day-to-day financial operations of the E-Commerce business in compliance with the established standards and procedures.
- Reconcile invoices for e-commerce shipments and review discrepancies or irregularities in records, statements,
or documented transactions.
- Marketplace sales posting and RTV posting on daily basis and reconcile on weekly basis.
- Collections handling for all channel partners & working on outstanding dues to get the payment faster & books to be clean.
- Following with Partners for Reconciliation sign off.
- Commission validation & booking of all the expenses in ERP. Ensuring charges levied by platforms are correct and recovering the excess charges from the platforms by regular follow up.
- Coordination with the warehouse for the returns received on a timely basis and raising claims and keeping track of Claims
Required skills:
- Ability to analyze large datasets, identify patterns, and draw accurate conclusions.
- High level of accuracy is crucial for identifying and resolving even minor discrepancies.
- Familiarity with various marketplace seller interfaces, data extraction tools, and spreadsheet software (Excel).
- Ability to identify the root cause of issues and develop effective solutions.
- Effective communication with cross-functional teams to gather information and resolve issues.
