International Expert:

1. Team Leader (with International experience): Postgraduate in Healthcare Management / Architecture/ Civil Engineering or related field with 20+ years of experience in healthcare projects and team leadership.
2. IndiaJapan Academic Exchange Expert: Postgraduate in Education/International Relations/Public Health or related field with 15+ years of experience in international academic collaboration.
3. Hospital Management Expert (with International experience):



Graduate degree in Medical/Health or Human resource development with minimum 10 years of work experience in Hospital Operations and Management in international standards and Training for health personnel.
4. Human Resource Management Expert (with International experience): MBA (HR)/Master's in Human Resource Management with 15+ years of experience in HR management, training, and capacity building.

Local Expert:

1. Academic Exchange Coordinator (India Experience): Master's Degree in Education/International Relations or related field with 10+ years of experience in coordinating academic exchange programmes and institutional partnerships.
