Job Title : *Asst. General Manager - Taxation*

Please note we need a *Chartered Accountant *

Location : Govandi East, Mumbai

Work location : Corporate Office , 5 Days working

Experience - 5 to 10 years

*Direct Taxation*

1. Manage Corporate Tax, Advance Tax, Tax Returns, Deferred Tax, and Tax Planning initiatives.

2. Ensure compliance with TDS/TCS regulations and withholding tax requirements.

3. Identify tax-saving opportunities and optimize group tax positions.

4. Indirect Taxation (GST)

5. Oversee GST compliance, filings, audits, assessments, and reconciliations.

6. Manage GST refunds, Input Tax Credit (ITC), and tax optimization initiatives.

7. Tax Litigation & Risk Management

8. Handle tax assessments, audits, notices, appeals, and dispute resolution.

9.



Liaise with tax authorities, consultants, auditors, and legal counsels.

10. Develop robust tax governance and risk management frameworks.

11. Strategic Advisory advise senior leadership on tax implications of business decisions, acquisitions, licensing agreements, and expansion projects.

12. Drive automation and digitization of taxation processes through ERP and compliance systems.

*Budget - 20 LPA & above* depending upon present salary and experience.
