Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the US telecom voice process, ensuring seamless delivery of customer services.
- Oversee call center operations, contact center operations, and customer support operations to meet SLA targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high levels of quality standards.
