Key Responsibilities

1. Candidate will be responsible for developing and executing financial strategies aligned with company growth and expansion plans.

2. Candidate will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and analysing business performance across products, SKUs, and sales channels.

3. Candidate will be responsible for managing FMCG product costing including raw material cost, packaging cost, conversion cost, logistics cost, and overall margin monitoring.

4. Candidate will be responsible for driving EBITDA growth, profitability improvement, pricing strategies, and trade margin optimization.

5. Candidate will be responsible for managing working capital, cash flow, inventory control, receivables, payables, and banking relationships.

6. Candidate will be responsible for overseeing supply chain finance, plant finance, procurement finance, logistics costing, and operational cost control mechanisms.

7. Candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, audits, statutory regulations, and internal financial controls.

8. Candidate will be responsible for fundraising activities, financial modelling, investor reporting,



due diligence processes, and stakeholder management.

Preferred Candidate Profile

1. He/She should be a CA/MBA Finance with 1015 years of experience in FMCG, Food, or Consumer Goods industry.

2. He/She should have strong experience in FP&A;, costing, commercial finance, and P&L; management.

3. He/She should have hands-on experience in working capital management, cash flow planning, and profitability analysis.

4. He/She should have exposure to manufacturing finance, supply chain finance, and distribution costing.

5. He/She should have valuable knowledge of GST, taxation, statutory compliance, audits, and financial governance.

6. He/She should have experience working on ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Tally.

7. He/She should possess strong leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, and strategic decision-making skills.
