- Make outbound calls to customers professionally.
- Generate leads and promote HSBC card products and services.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Update customer details and call records in the system.
- Achieve daily and monthly performance targets while maintaining quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Undergraduate
- Minimum 1 Year of International BPO Experience (Mandatory)
- Excellent English Communication Skills
- Immediate Joiners Preferred
Salary & Advantages
- CTC: 40,000 per month
- In-Hand Salary: 35,000 per month (Based on last drawn salary and interview performance)
