Role Overview

This role will be responsible for building and managing strategic partnerships with hospitals and healthcare professionals. The role will focus on developing long term strategic relationships with hospitals, maternity homes, pediatric clinics, healthcare institutions that drive trust & credibility for the brand.

Role & responsibilities

Hospital & Institutional Partnerships

- Identify, onboard, and manage partnerships with hospitals, maternity homes, pediatric clinics, IVF centers, NICUs, and healthcare institutions.
- Build solid relationships with hospital administrators, procurement teams, doctors, nursing staff, and key decision-makers.
- Execute Day 1 Baby Basket programs, discharge kits, hospital pharmacy listings, shop-in-shop initiatives, waiting room branding, and in-hospital visibility programs.
- Drive doctor engagement through CMEs, workshops, product education, scientific sessions, sampling programs, and advocacy initiatives.
- Build relationships with medical associations including IAP, FOGSI, NNF, IMA and other relevant healthcare bodies.
- Partner with the Sales team to ensure product availability and execution across institutional channels.
- Develop annual partnership plans with key hospital chains and healthcare networks.

Events & Community Marketing

- Lead planning and execution of parenting workshops,



hospital events, sampling activations, shop in shop
- Coordinate branding, sampling, product demonstrations, gifting, and event logistics at hospitals where required.

Relationship & Partner Management

- Develop long-term relationships with key strategic partners.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Track partnership performance and identify opportunities for expansion and optimization.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective partners across healthcare, parenting, retail, and lifestyle ecosystems.

Marketing Operations

- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely execution of partnership initiatives.
- Manage budgets, timelines, approvals, and campaign reporting.
- Maintain regular MIS on partnership performance, ROI, consumer reach, and business impact.

Preferred candidate profile

- 8-12 years of experience in Strategic Partnerships, Business Development, Institutional Sales, Alliance Marketing, Healthcare Marketing, or Marketing.
- Strong relationship management, networking, and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing external stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Commercially driven with strong analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel.
