Job Title: School & Academic Counselor Alumni Support & Engagement Associate

Join a 30+ year old education NGO working with 27 English-medium public schools and 14,600+ students, 5,800+ alumni across Mumbai, Pune and Nagpur. You will support school students and alumni from low-income communities to make informed academic and career choices while driving structured alumni engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct engaging career awareness sessions for Grades 8-10 and introduce multiple career and education pathways.
- Provide 1:1 career/counseling support for Grade 9-10 students, including psychometric-based guidance and goal-setting.
- Lead and coordinate FYJC and undergraduate admissions for two schools; support students and parents through the full process.
- Drive alumni engagement (check-ins, events, hubs, mentoring, talks)



and maintain updated data on interactions and outcomes.
- Collaborate with school teams, partners, colleges and industry professionals; ensure strong documentation and reporting.

Candidate Profile:

- 1-2 years experience in education / development sector / school or academic counseling / youth programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Strong research skills, good spoken and written communication (English, Marathi, Hindi), comfort with data and documentation.
- High energy, passion for working with youth, and belief in the potential of first-generation learners.
