- Coordinating with Clients & Sales Team
- Coordinating with Warehouse, and Operations teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Monitor and ensure timely dispatch and delivery of all customer orders.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain records in internal software and Excel.
- Prepare and update MIS reports for tracking orders, sales, and client interactions.
- Follow up on client inquiries and providing timely updates & support.
