Hiring: Export Sales & Business Development Manager

Location: Mumbai (Near Dadar/Parel/Worli)
Experience: 3 - 9 Years

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Export Sales & Business Development Manager to drive international business growth and strengthen relationships with global distributors.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive export sales growth across existing and new international markets.
- Develop and manage relationships with international distributors and channel partners.
- Handle export inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order closures.
- Generate and convert leads through digital channels, including website inquiries and online campaigns.
- Conduct monthly business reviews and quarterly distributor performance reviews.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand into new international markets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of export orders.
- Lead and mentor a team member handling quotations, purchase orders, and customer coordination.
- Prepare sales reports, business analysis, and growth strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile





- 3 - 8 years of experience in Export Sales, International Business Development, or Distributor Management.
- Experience in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Diagnostics, Healthcare, Laboratory Products, or related industries is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in sales reporting and business reviews.
- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Ability to build long-term relationships with international customers and partners.
