We are a growing B2B Software Product company .Were looking for a Sales Relationship Manager (CEO Office Staff) to anchor client relationships, support revenue growth, and help build our frontline sales team.
What You will Do
- Own client relationships: Act as the CEOs proxy, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Enable sales growth: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Build sales processes: Document the CEOs sales approach into playbooks and templates.
- Manage pipeline: Maintain CRM discipline and deliver weekly reports.
- Support team formation: Mentor new sales hires and bridge the transition to a scalable sales function.
What We’re Looking For
- 5–8 years of B2B account management or enterprise sales experience.
- Strong communication,
negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and pipeline reporting.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to balance client-facing and internal process responsibilities.
- Someone who thrives in a growing company and wants direct exposure to leadership.
