SAP - FICO/SD/MM (Functional Consultant)

Role Objective:

To define, assign, and manage organizational units within the Enterprise Structure while ensuring the seamless integration of SAP SD with MM and FI modules to support business processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Enterprise Structure & Master Data: Defining and assigning organizational units in the enterprise structure.
- Master Data Management: Creating and maintaining Customer Master, Material Master, Customer Info Records, and Condition Records.
- Business Partner Configuration: Determining Account Groups and Partner Functions relevant to Business Partners.
- SD Process Management: Executing specialized sales processes including Rush Orders, Cash Cycle processes, Third-Party Sales, Inter-company Sales, and Consignment processes.
- Document Configuration: Configuring various document types for Sales, Delivery, and Billing.
- Determination Logic: Configuring Header level, Item level, and Schedule Line categories, alongside Shipping Point and Route determination.
- Logistics & Fulfillment: Managing Availability to Promise (ATP) and Return Order processing.
- Contract Management: Configuring Value Contracts and Quantity Contracts.
- Financial Integration: Implementing Credit Management through Automatic Credit Control, including Static and Dynamic Credit Checks and Risk Management.




- Business Mapping: Understanding existing business processes and effectively mapping them into the SAP environment.

STAKEHOLDER INTERACTION

Type of Interaction: Internal

- Interaction with: IT Project Teams, Finance (FI) department, and Material Management (MM) teams.
- Nature of Interaction: Cross-functional integration, process mapping, and troubleshooting system interfaces.

Type of Interaction: External

- Interaction with: External vendors and technology partners.
- Nature of Interaction: Managing EDI, IDOC, and ALE communications for external data exchange.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Qualified Experience and Relevant Skills

- Experience: 7+ years proven exposure to the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle within the manufacturing industry (Pharma industry experience is highly preferred).
- Technical Expertise:
- Sound knowledge of IDOC, EDI, and ALE.
- Expertise in Partner Determination, Shipping Point, and Route Determination processes.

- Skills: Proficiency in SAP SD configuration, enterprise structuring, and cross-module integration (SD-MM-FI).

Academic Qualifications & Certifications:

- Educational Qualification: Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field.
- Certifications: SAP Certification is preferred.
