About the Role

We are hiring a Resource Management Specialist to support our Tax practice. The role involves resource planning, scheduling, and coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Scheduling & Staffing: Manage day-to-day resource allocation and staffing for Tax teams

System & Data Management: Maintain staffing schedules in resource management tools and ensure data accuracy

Monitoring: Track capacity, billable hours, time entries, leaves, and escalate risks

Stakeholder Coordination: Work with engagement teams and business leaders for skill-based staffing

Onboarding/Offboarding: Support scheduling for recent joiners and reassignments

Reporting:



Create staffing dashboards, reports, and trackers to highlight risks

Process Improvement: Support standard staffing processes and drive efficiencies

Requirements

Education: Bachelors/Masters in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent

Experience: 5-6 years overall with 2+ years in Resource Management/Planning/Scheduling

Preferred:

Experience in Tax, Accounting, or Professional Services firms

Knowledge: Familiarity with tax cycles, filing deadlines, and seasonal demand is a plus

Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, and staffing tools. Strong organization, multitasking & communication skills
