We're looking for a finance leader who has successfully led:
Fund Raising (Debt & Equity)
Mergers & Acquisitions
IPO Journey & Capital Markets
Strategic Finance & Business Growth
Audits, Governance & Compliance
What we're looking for:
• CA (Mandatory)
• 16+ years of leadership experience
• Solid exposure to Retail, Shopping Malls, QSR, or Consumer businesses preferred
• A mature, commercially astute leader who can partner with promoters, investors, and the Board to shape the next phase of growth.
