We are looking for an experienced Recruitment - Executive Search professional to lead senior leadership hiring mandates within the Real Estate Practice.

The role involves managing end-to-end executive search assignments, developing strong client relationships, delivery, Senior - Leadership Hiring, and contributing to the growth of the practice.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end executive search assignments for Senior, Leadership level positions across the Real Estate sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.r
- Conduct market mapping, leadership research, candidate assessment, and executive engagement.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of search mandates while maintaining an exceptional client and candidate experience.
- Mentor and guide research and consulting teams to ensure delivery excellence.
- Stay updated on industry trends, talent movements,



and competitive intelligence within the Real Estate sector.

Desired Profile

- 8-18 years of experience in Executive Search, Leadership Hiring, or Talent Advisory.
- Proven experience handling senior and CXO-level mandates within the Real Estate sector.
- Strong client management
- Business development (For Leadership team only) capabilities.
- Demonstrated track record of acquiring recent clients and growing existing accounts.(For Leadership team only)
- Excellent stakeholder management, consulting, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, commercially oriented, and capable of managing multiple leadership mandates.

Preferred Industry Exposure

Real Estate Developers, Commercial Real Estate, Residential Real Estate, Infrastructure, Construction, REITs, Real Estate Investment Firms, PropTech, and allied sectors.
