About the Role

We are looking for a growth-focused Chief Revenue & Business Officer (CBO) who can architect, launch, and scale businesses. This role is designed for a leader who has built new ventures from scratch, driven aggressive expansion, launched brands, and transformed existing businesses into high-growth engines.

The CBO will act as the companys chief business architect — responsible for current market creation, revenue acceleration, operational scale, and financial discipline. The mandate is not incremental growth; it is structured expansion, current business creation, and enterprise-level scaling.

Experience in Construction Equipment or heavy industrial sectors is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Expansion

- Design and execute enterprise growth strategy
- Lead entry into new markets, segments, and geographies
- Build new business verticals from concept to commercial success
- Drive brand launches and go-to-market execution
- Identify acquisition, partnership, and expansion opportunities
- Create scalable revenue engines

New Business Setup & Scaling

- Set up new business units from scratch
- Build operating models for emerging ventures
- Develop market entry strategies and commercialization plans
- Structure teams, processes, and infrastructure for scale




- Turn pilot businesses into profitable verticals

Financial Strategy & Capital Discipline

- Own financial planning and capital allocation
- Drive strong cash flow and working capital efficiency
- Optimize funding structures for expansion
- Build investment frameworks for growth initiatives
- Balance aggressive scaling with financial sustainability

Operational Scale & Execution

- Align operations to support rapid growth
- Create scalable supply chain and delivery frameworks
- Improve margins through productivity and process design
- Build systems that support multi-location growth

Leadership & Organization Building

- Build high-performance second-line leadership
- Create expansion-ready organizational structures
- Recruit and mentor growth leaders
- Establish accountability-driven culture

Governance & Performance Systems

- Implement data-driven dashboards and MIS
- Create structured review mechanisms
- Drive predictable execution rhythm
- Institutionalize operating discipline

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 18–25+ years of senior leadership experience
- Proven success in building and scaling new businesses
- Track record of launching brands or new verticals
- Strong exposure to expansion-led growth
- CA or MBA Finance from Tier A institute
- Deep expertise in financial planning & cash flow management
- Strong working capital and investment strategy experience
- Construction equipment / industrial sector exposure preferred
- Entrepreneurial mindset with structured execution ability
- Comfortable operating in promoter-driven high-growth environments
- Strong board-level presence
