Job Summary

- We are looking for a highly strategic and result-oriented Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the company''s financial planning, treasury management, budgeting, fundraising, financial governance, and long-term capital strategy.
- The CFO will work closely with the Managing Director and leadership team to drive business growth, optimize financial performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and support strategic decision-making across all business verticals.
- This role demands strong expertise in financial strategy, corporate finance, fund management, risk mitigation, investor relations, taxation, and financial controls, preferably within real estate, infrastructure, NBFC, investment, or high-growth enterprise environments.
- Candidate from Real Estate Industry only.

Key Responsibilities

- Financial Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute short-term and long-term financial strategies aligned with business goals.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the Managing Director and Board on financial planning and capital allocation.
- Build scalable financial systems to support rapid business expansion.
- Budgeting & Financial Planning Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Monitor departmental budgets and ensure cost optimization.
- Provide variance analysis and actionable recommendations.
- Treasury & Cash Flow Management
- Oversee cash flow, liquidity planning, and working capital management.
- Ensure adequate financial resources for projects, operations, and expansion.
- Manage banking relationships and treasury operations.
- Fundraising & Capital Management Lead debt/equity fundraising initiatives.
- Liaise with banks, financial institutions, investors,



and private funding partners.
- Structure project financing, working capital facilities, and capital deployment strategies.
- Financial Reporting & Governance
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of: P&L; Statements Balance Sheets Cash Flow Reports MIS Reports Financial Dashboards Present financial performance reports to leadership and stakeholders.
- Compliance, Audit & Taxation Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and financial reporting standards.
- Oversee internal audit, statutory audit, taxation, GST, TDS, and corporate compliance.
- Minimize financial and regulatory risks.
- Risk Management & Controls
- Develop strong internal financial controls and SOPs.
- Identify financial risks and create mitigation strategies.
- Strengthen fraud prevention and governance frameworks.
- Team Management Lead Accounts, Finance, Audit, and Treasury teams.
- Build high-performance finance operations.
- Mentor and develop finance professionals.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Qualified CA / CMA / MBA Finance (CA preferred)
- 12-20+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
- Minimum 5 years in senior leadership role (CFO / Finance Head / VP Finance)
- Experience in Real Estate .
- Robust knowledge of Indian financial regulations and taxation Experience handling high-value transactions and fundraising
- Excellent analytical and leadership skills .
