Work Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Sat off)

Work Time: 09:00 AM- 06:00 PM (1hr flexible)

CTC: 3.00 LPA to 4:50 LPA

Qualification: DU Fresher (Regular Graduation)

Job Summary: We are hiring Psychology freshers (regular graduates) for the role of Talent Acquisition Executive with a premium recruitment consultancy based in Noida Sector 62.This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in Recruitment / HR, with exposure to the complete hiring lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), social media, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic assessments




- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
- Maintain candidate database and track hiring metrics
- Ensure timely closure of open positions and reporting

Eligibility Criteria:

- Fresh graduates from Psychology Freshers (Regular)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Google Workspace)
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn recruitment tools and processes
