They bridge the gap between global supply chain systems (ERP/SAP) and local teams in regions like France, West Africa, or Canada, demanding high fluency in business French and technical supply chain expertise.

Key Skills:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain Operations.
- Italian, Portuguese, or French language proficiency for reading, understanding, and communicating business/process-related information.
- Perform peer-to-peer quality checks to limit processing errors.
- Any Graduate.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work quickly, safely, and efficiently to manage SLAs and operational deliverables.
- Ensure products and services are delivered within agreed timelines.




- Apply basic understanding of Procurement and Supply Chain Operations while supporting Italian, Portuguese, or French language-based activities.
- Receive PR/SC requests, review standard checkpoints after due diligence, and support Purchase Order (PO) creation while interpreting Italian, Portuguese, or French language inputs where applicable.
- Ensure accuracy and SLA adherence through regular checks and monitoring of daily, weekly, and monthly productivity metrics.
- Identify, support, and implement Process Improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain and execute personal development plans in partnership with the immediate supervisor.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training manuals while performing assigned tasks.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and accuracy of deliverables.
- Comply with internal policies, processes, and deadlines while completing assigned activities.
- Foster and maintain a high level of team communication and collaboration.
- Build and maintain robust business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support Italian, Portuguese, and French language communication with stakeholders to facilitate timely clarification and resolution of operational queries.
- Attend weekly calls and business communications with the client's local team, as required.
