About the Role

Join one of India’s leading life insurance companies and build a rewarding career in sales. As a Recruitment Development Manager (RDM), you will recruit, train, and develop a team of Life Insurance Advisors while driving business growth through the Agency Channel.

Key Responsibilities

* Recruit and onboard Life Insurance Advisors.

* Build and manage a productive Agency Channel team.

* Train, mentor, and motivate advisors to achieve business goals.

* Drive Life Insurance sales through the advisor network.

* Support advisors in customer acquisition and policy closures.

* Conduct field activities and joint sales calls.

* Develop strong relationships with advisors and customers.

* Achieve individual and team business targets.

* Ensure quality business and compliance with company guidelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

* Graduate in any discipline.





* Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales, Field Sales, BFSI, Banking, Telecom, FMCG, NBFC, or any customer-facing sales role.

* Candidates with Life Insurance or Agency Channel experience will have an added advantage.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Passion for sales, networking, and relationship building.

* Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

* Candidates familiar with the Delhi NCR market will be preferred.
