Talent Acquisition Specialist

India | Hybrid | Contractual Role

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, accuracy, and process excellence in a fast-paced environment. In addition to recruitment operations, the role will support TA coordination, interview alignment, vendor management, and vendor negotiation activities across the APAC region.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating hiring activities, maintaining recruiting systems, and supporting a seamless candidate experience across the APAC region.

- Manage requisition administration Support requisition setup and maintenance, ensuring records remain accurate and up to date throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Provide TA coordination support Partner with Talent Advisors, TA Sourcers, Hiring Managers, vendors, and HR Operations to ensure smooth execution of hiring activities and timely movement of candidates through the recruitment process.
- Coordinate candidate workflows Maintain candidate communities, disposition candidates in line with reporting guidelines, and ensure recruiting activities are accurately reflected in Eightfold and MTC.
- Manage vendor and agency partnerships — Coordinate with external recruitment agencies and vendors, facilitate candidate submissions, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely communication of interview outcomes and feedback.
- Support vendor negotiation — Assist with vendor discussions, rate negotiations, agreement renewals, and vendor engagement activities to support hiring objectives.
- Drive interview alignment and coordination — Manage interview logistics, align interview panels and stakeholders across multiple calendars, locations, and time zones,



and ensure all candidate and stakeholder communications are completed efficiently.
- Administer offers — Submit offer details for approval, prepare offer documentation, send offer letters, and maintain accurate candidate status updates throughout the offer process.
- Coordinate onboarding activities — Support candidates and hiring managers during the pre-start period, manage onboarding communications, and ensure all required hiring milestones are completed on time.
- Maintain data accuracy — Ensure candidate, requisition, and hiring records are complete, accurate, and updated in real time across all recruiting systems.
- Drive process excellence — Identify opportunities for continuous improvement while supporting compliance with Talent Acquisition processes and reporting requirements.

What You Bring

- 5+ Years of Experience in recruitment coordination, recruiting operations, HR administration, vendor management, or a similar support function.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies such as Eightfold, MTC, or comparable platforms.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Solid attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high levels of accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Confidence coordinating across multiple stakeholders, vendors, calendars, and time zones in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting interview scheduling, stakeholder alignment, and vendor coordination.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
