Product Manager

Attributes:

- Manage end-to-end BC and Co-Lending products, from requirement gathering to implementation.
- Collaborate with banks, BC partners, technology, risk, credit, and operations teams.
- Define product requirements, workflows, and business rules.
- Drive product enhancements to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate partner integrations and ensure smooth product launches.
- Review and Monitor product performance, MIS, and key business metrics
- Reconciliation of portfolio, disbursal and collections data between partners
- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and internal policies.

Qualification:

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
- MBA preferred.
