Job Overview

A fast-growing Color Cosmetics Brand is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to drive sales growth and expand market presence across North India. The role involves managing regional sales operations, strengthening distribution networks, and leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Build, manage, and expand distributor and retail networks across the region
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the regional sales team
- Establish strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and trade partners
- Ensure effective brand visibility and execution at retail outlets
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities

Core Functional Responsibilities

- Create and develop distribution networks (Super Stockiest /Distributors) as per company strategy
- Achieve sales and distribution objectives including coverage, volume, visibility, and P&L;
- Prepare and manage annual and monthly sales forecasts




- Appoint and manage distributors, stockiest, retailers, and business development partners
- Drive new market expansion and develop new territories and states
- Ensure achievement of volume, value, and collection targets for the region
- Recruit, train, and manage teams including ISR, Sales Officers, BA Supervisors, and Area Sales Managers
- Break down targets into daily/weekly/monthly goals and review team performance regularly
- Monitor Primary, Secondary, and Collection targets across the territory
- Track individual performance of Sales Officers/TSIs and support them in achieving targets
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers
- Ensure timely submission of MIS reports and updates to management

Requirements

- 15–20 years of experience in Color Cosmetics / Beauty Industry Sales
- Proven track record in regional sales management and target achievement
- Robust expertise in distributor management and team leadership
- Excellent communication, planning, and execution skills
- Willingness to travel extensively across North India
