Role & responsibilities

- Manage PCB component libraries and create/maintain accurate footprints.
- Design and develop PCB layouts by interpreting schematics, hardware design rules, layout guidelines, and power dissipation requirements.
- Conduct Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Testability (DFT) checks to ensure reliable, cost-effective production.
- Prepare and release documentation including Bill of Materials (BOM), fabrication and assembly files, test procedures, and release packages for Proto-, Pre-, and Final-Production builds.
- Collaborate with hardware, software, and mechanical teams to ensure designs meet functional, thermal, and manufacturability requirements.
- Support prototype bring-up, debugging, and testing activities to validate PCB designs.
- Ensure high-quality PCB design across single-layer, double-layer boards using Altium Designer (or equivalent EDA tools).




- Stay updated with emerging IoT modules, PCB technologies, and design methodologies to improve design quality.

Preferred candidate profile

- B.Tech / BE / Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in PCB design
- Proficient in designing single-layer, double-layer PCBs using Altium software.
- Understanding of analog, digital, mixed-signal, and high-speed circuit design.
- Exposure to the complete product development lifecycle, with at least one independent project delivered successfully.
- Solid problem-solving, logical reasoning, documentation, and communication skills.
- Team player with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
