JOB DESCRIPTION

CHANNEL SALES MANAGER AGENCY CHANNEL (Health Insurance)

Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities :

1. Responsible for Achieving overall Gross Written Premium

2. Responsible for sustainable Profitability

3. To maintain the Hygiene

4. Recruitment and retention of agents

5. Responsible for Activation

Candidate profile:

- Graduation is mandatory.
- 1-2 years of experience in health insurance sales or Life insurance sales will be preferred
- Freshers comfortable with field sales can also apply

Locations:

- Pitampura
- Kirti Nagar
- Janakpuri
- Noida
- Ghaziabad
- NFC
- Faridabad

Compensation:

- Fixed CTC Up to 4.5 LPA + Local Conveyance + Incentives
