Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute global talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple countries and regions for technology, leadership, and corporate functions.
- Partner with senior business leaders and HR teams to drive workforce planning and hiring initiatives.
- Build, mentor, and lead geographically distributed Talent Acquisition teams.
- Drive strategic sourcing through direct hiring, executive search, referrals, social media, and recruitment partners.
- Optimize recruitment processes, hiring metrics, and candidate experience across global markets.
- Leverage ATS platforms, recruitment analytics, and AI-enabled sourcing tools to enhance hiring effectiveness.
- Manage executive hiring, succession planning support, and critical talent pipelines.




- Ensure compliance with country-specific employment regulations and global hiring policies.
- Strengthen employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives across international markets.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources with 15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with significant leadership experience in the IT/Technology industry.
- Proven expertise in multi-country hiring across regions such as North America, Europe, APAC, the Middle East, and LATAM.
- Experience managing large-scale recruitment operations and leading global Talent Acquisition teams.
