- Lead end-to-end recruitment process for non-IT roles, including bulk hiring and campus placements.
- Develop and execute strategies to attract top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, etc.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide guidance on interviewing techniques to ensure effective selection of candidates.
- Analyze metrics to track progress against targets and identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process.
Job Requirements :
- 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or related field (non-IT recruitment).
- Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment, sales hiring, volume hiring, and campus hiring.
- Solid understanding of bulk hiring processes and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients/stakeholders.
