1. Eligibility Criteria:
- 3 - 7 years of experience in AR process
- Minimum 2 years of experience in training, teaching, and coaching (Prefer dental coaching experience).
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures and best practices.
- Should have worked in end-to-end AR team.
- Should have Strong knowledge in US Healthcare Industry
- Robust interpersonal and good communication skills
- Must be passionate to learn new processes.
- Willing to work night shifts.
- Should work from office.
- Strong Organizational and time management skills.
- Training content development and instructional skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

- Roles and responsibilities

- Create and share the training plan with stakeholders.
- Deliver client specific training modules to new hires.
- Meet Training TAT for CS training Program.
- Manage OJT and QCP phase for the CPs completing CS training.
- Maintain the training records Training details, Trainees Attendance & Feedback score for all training conducted.
- Collect feedback from trainees on the quality of training.
- Monitor the progress of the trainees and provide constructive feedback.




- Monitor new joiners performance for the first 60 days and clarify process related queries.
- Prepare the training plans, training content and assessments for refresher training.
- Recommend changes in the training plan & training method.
- Manage. knol updates and scheduling assessments
- Update SOP and PWI only weekly basis.
- Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions.
- Design effective training content
- Prepare educational material such as module summaries.
- Support and mentor new employees
- Keep attendance and other records!
- Manage training Datasets.
- Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement.
- Monitor employee performance and response to training

Job location- Chennai (Ambattur)

Note - Work from office and US shift (6.30pm- 3.30am)
