Work Mode: WFO
Location: Vepery & Velachery
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners
Shift: Night
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on unpaid or denied claims with insurance companies.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and ensure accurate payment processing.
- Maintain up-to-date records of communications and account statuses.
- Verify insurance details and submit claims per payer guidelines.
- Address patient and provider inquiries in a qualified manner
