10+ yrs in the IT industry as an Insurance Business Analyst

- 10+ in the Insurance vertical

- 8+ as an Insurance BA in P&C; domain. Knowledge of commercial insurance , preferably motor fleet placement

- 6+ in Agile development and handling business requirements and user stories as an independent BA Experience in agile methodologies, ADO

- Develop user stories for specific solution features

- Work with Product Owner to help prioritize and sequence phases of the program roadmap

- Solicit business input to iteratively refine project scope to effectively deliver desired business value within aggressive program timelines
