Roles & Responsibilities

- Provide L2/L3 application support for SAP S/4 HANA and SAP Fiori applications.
- Monitor and resolve batch failures and business-critical production issues.
- Troubleshoot SAP Fiori application and functional issues.
- Execute and investigate SAP Process Chain failures.




- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Participate in client meetings and recommend process improvements.
- Support production deployments and ensure adherence to SLAs.
- Work in rotational shifts and weekend support as per project requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 46 years of experience in SAP S/4 HANA and SAP Fiori Application Support.
- Robust understanding of SAP T-Codes and SAP BASIS (HANA).
- Experience in production support, incident management, and root cause analysis.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and weekends.
