- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment for lateral and leadership positions across BPO/ITES operations.
- Partner with Hiring Managers, Operations Leaders, and HR Business Partners to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media platforms, and vendor channels.
- Conduct HR screening, shortlist profiles, and coordinate interviews with business stakeholders.
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding and joining.
- Drive hiring for Team Leaders, Assistant Managers, Operations Managers, Senior Managers, and other leadership roles.
- Handle salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and candidate engagement to ensure maximum joining conversion.
- Build talent pipelines through market mapping and proactive sourcing strategies.
- Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness, and hiring productivity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve hiring targets within agreed timelines.
- Ensure excellent candidate experience and compliance with recruitment policies.
