Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and scorecards.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions.
- Develop complex DAX calculations, measures, KPIs, and calculated columns.
- Create and optimize data models using star and snowflake schemas.
- Develop and optimize Power Query (M) transformations.
- Integrate data from multiple sources including SQL Server, Azure, Excel, SharePoint, APIs, Oracle, and cloud platforms.
- Optimize report performance through efficient data modeling, query optimization, and aggregation techniques.
- Implement Row-Level Security (RLS), Object-Level Security (OLS), and workspace governance.
- Publish, schedule, and manage reports in Power BI Service.

Preferred Candidates:

- Strong expertise in Microsoft Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.
- Advanced knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M), and Data Modeling.




- Robust SQL skills including stored procedures, joins, CTEs, views, and query optimization.
- Experience with ETL processes and data integration.
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server, Azure SQL, Oracle, Snowflake, or other relational databases.
- Experience implementing Row-Level Security (RLS) and workspace management.
- Knowledge of Power BI deployment pipelines and CI/CD processes.
- Experience with incremental refresh and composite models.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, Fact & Dimension Tables).
- Experience in report performance tuning using Performance Analyzer and DAX optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and data integration.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
