Role & responsibilities

- 4 to 6 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development, preferably in luxury tiles, handmade tiles, wall coverings, premium interior finishes, building materials, or related industries.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities.
- Experience in working with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, channel partners, and premium homeowners.
- Robust communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, customer-focused, and willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Passion for luxury interiors, architecture, and premium building materials will be an added advantage.

Compensation

- Salary: 25,000 - 35,000 per month (based on experience).
- Attractive performance-based incentives.
