We are looking for a talented Compensation Specialist / Analyst to join our Human Resources Total Rewards team.

Key Responsibilities:
Support compensation benchmarking using market surveys (Mercer, Aon, WTW, Korn Ferry) and drive compensation analytics
Analyse compensation data to identify pay gaps, compression, and market positioning opportunities
Support annual compensation cycles, merit reviews, promotions, and incentive plan administration
Build dashboards and reports around headcount costs, pay equity, budget utilisation, and compensation insights
Conduct pay equity and gender pay gap analysis




Provide analytical support for compensation decisions and governance reviews

Required Skills & Experience:
6 - 8 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards / Compensation Analytics
Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, modelling)

HRIS platforms (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle)

Compensation survey tools & job matching

Data visualisation (Power BI / Tableau advantage)

Statistical analysis and regression basics

Knowledge of India labour laws & statutory compliance

Behavioral Competencies

High attention to detail and data accuracy

Analytical thinking and problem-solving

Solid stakeholder management & communication

Ability to handle confidential data with discretion

Business acumen and commercial awareness

Proactive ownership and continuous improvement mindset
