Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.

Record and update customer details in the system.

Meet quality and productivity standards set by the organization.

Undergraduates and Graduates are eligible.

Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn.
