Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

- Looking for Candidate who holds Exp of overall more than 5 yrs into International BPO ( Voice / Blended )

- For Team Lead with overall 4 plus yrs and as Team 1 yr on paper
- For AM Role need over 6 plus yrs and as AM need on paper as 1 yr

- Manage a team of agents to achieve targets such as AHT, CSAT, and Attrition.

- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize shrinkage.

- Develop strategies to reduce attrition rates through effective communication and employee engagement initiatives.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)



like Average Handle Time (AHT), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and Agent Turnover Rate (ATR).

- Ensure compliance with quality standards by conducting regular audits and providing feedback to agents.

- Shifts : 5 days Working Rotational shifts ( Including night shifts )
- Transportation : 2 Way Cab
- Education : Graduate
- CTC : Upto 9 Lpa max
- Looking for Immediate Joiners or Serving Np who can join in 10 days
