Hiring for Sales Manager/Business Manager-Small Commercial Vehicle Loans @ Hyderabad ,Vijayawada , Tirupati ,Rajamahendravaram ,Ongole & Gulbarga

- Graduation (Mandatory)
- Minimum 3 to 5 years relevant experience in NBFC/Bank (Preferred)
- Experience in sourcing business for different products in NBFC/Vehicle Finance Industry, working in or have worked in the same Geography
- Salary : 4.5 to 5.5LPA Fixed + Incentives +Conveyance

Purpose of Role :Source high-quality business adhering to organizational processes and policies

Job Role:

- Manage the specified location
- Maintain & adding recent Dealer & OEM Relationships
- Ensure HLF Market Share in the Counter
- Build quality portfolio
- Manage and work closely with distributors (DSAs Dealers etc.) to achieve location sales targets
- Manage and coordinate pre- and post-disbursement activities (PDD) efficiently.




- Engage with the Branch Operations to enhance process efficiency and better customer service.
- Meet customer for deal assessments and conduct Field Investigations (FI).
- Maintain daily Login & Disbursement Trackers.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver top line business targets
- Maintain NIL 6 MOB
- Adhere to product hygiene (PDD, NACH, etc.)
- Handle a team of 2-3 Marketing Executives
- Ensure Marketing Executives and self-maintain high productivity level
